All bookings are subject to availability.
Bookings are only confirmed once full or partial payment has been received.
Confirmation will be sent via email, WhatsApp, or SMS.
Full payment must be made before the start of the tour/activity unless agreed otherwise.
We accept payments via cash, online transfer, or other approved methods.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund.
Dubai Desert Deals is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the tour.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel any tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational issues.
In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or full refund.
Guests are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by our staff or partners.
Misconduct or behavior that puts others at risk may result in removal from the tour without refund.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
